The MBI tzevet (staff) is in Israel! Over the past week, the tzevet has been in chalutz, the preparation and planning period before MBI! We have madrichimot (counselors) from Habonim Dror North America, as well as madrichimot from our Israeli sister movement, HaNoar HaOVed VeHalomed. The MBI tzevet is very excited to welcome everyone to Israel!
Hi, my name is Sara and I will be the Rosh MBI this summer! I am originally from Philadelphia and grew up at Camp Galil. I made aliya a year and a half ago to Be'er Sheva. I am excited to return to all the spots I went to when I was a chanicha and madricha on MBI, especially the water hikes!

Something I am looking forward to is the ability to create a connection between Israelis and members of Hanoar Haoved Vehalomed and chanichimot and madrichimot from Habonim Dror. A fun fact about me is that I like to watching horror movie recaps on YouTube, but have not actually watched horror movies in real life!
Hello, my name is Etz and I am from Machaneh Miriam. I grew up in Vancouver, but now live in Victoria. When I was on MBI, one of my favorite parts was when we went on a tiyul in Ein Gedi, a nature reserve with lots of waterfalls! I am so excited to lead you all through this experience, eat hummus, and stay hydrated all summer long! A fun fact about me is that I love bugs, especially moths and worms!
Hi, I'm Tzivia. I'm from Evanston, Illinois, just north of Chicago. I've gone to Machaneh Tavor since 2006. When I was on MBI, one of my favorite parts was visiting the Ghetto Fighters' Museum. I'm so excited to meet all of you (and see some of you again) and go through this amazing experience together!
